REFUNDS AND BILLING
Paddle is the merchant of record for purchases here, so your receipt and card statement show Paddle rather than us. Email us first and we will sort it out. What we can and cannot refund is set out in the refund policy.
REPORTING A LISTING
If a listing infringes your rights or breaks the content rules in our terms, tell us which territory it is and what the problem is. For an intellectual property complaint, say what work is affected and confirm you are the rights holder or acting for them. We investigate every report and remove content that breaks the rules.
